Sara Davidson

Hi I’m Sara, I purchased Beach Rentals in April 2023 – I was previously employed at Beach Rentals as a Property manager from 2019-2021 so when the opportunity came along to buy this great little business I jumped at the chance!

My career background has been in Retail Management, and I then progressed into Property management about 6 years ago in the Bay Of Plenty. I have lived in Pukehina for the past 6 years where I relocated from Nelson and closer to my family. I was so lucky enough to meet my partner here by mutual friends nearly 5 years ago, we now own a 2.5 hectare lifestyle block and have a holiday home here in Pukehina also. Between us we have 5 children and 2 grandchildren ( with one on the way ). Our friends and family love coming to stay here at the beach enjoying fishing, surfing, swimming and lots of bbq’s!

HOLIDAY HOME MANAGER

Sandra O’Connell

I’m Sandra O’Connell. I work with the lovely Sara who owns Beach Rentals and I am the Holiday Home Manager. My job is to manage the guests bookings, prepare the properties, organise the cleaners and administer the post stay processes.

I’ve lived here in Pukehina for 7 years now and I love living here. I have four children (two also live here in Pukehina ) and 4 grandchildren ( another soon on the way). Pukehina is a great little community where family and friends get together for fundraising events, local community occasions and most of all having the beach at our doorstep!

Leonie Scheepers

Hi I’m Leonie, I own Spic “N” Span cleaning company based here in Pukehina. I have been cleaning for Beach rentals holiday homes for the past 8 years. We have a team of amazing cleaners who are kept very busy with the holiday cleans particularly over summer.

We aim to provide a high standard pf cleaning and linen services to all our clients to create a beautiful fresh home for others to enjoy! I have lived in Pukehina for the past 10 years and am proud to be part of such an amazing community.
