Beach Rentals BOP Ltd has been operating for 8 years out of the beautiful Pukehina Beach. We manage holiday houses and long term rentals. With our personal touch and eye for detail you can feel comfortable that your property will be well cared for. We have an amazing team and a tested and proven process that allows us to run our business and systems like a well oiled machine.

Our top priority is communication and we think of your property as our own...living locally here on the beach we are your eyes and ears. 

We are a head to toe service for those who need it and you can live in another country and still feel safe that your investment/beloved property is being cared for.

We pride ourselves on making sure any maintenance issues are found and dealt with efficiently and we can arrange any maintenance needed. 

We also love owners who are hands on and enjoy putting lots of imput into their property, we see it as an extra bonus to have owners who are actively involved.

We love our community and like to be actively involved in local community events and support our community however we can. When you own a property in Pukehina you are part of this amazing community too!
